I was severely disappointed in my experience!! My daughter went in to be seen and it took an hour and she still wasn't seen She was in tears. We left before any dr even came oit.
I've never gone to a walk-in urgent Care facility. They did an excellent job all around. Very satisfied with the services.
The people here are so kind and make sure that your experience is quick and easy!
Took my son there when he was in pain and they found he had an appendicitis and need urgent surgery - all was taken care of immediately and they were very professional and nice. Thank you for helping my son!
I had an emergency in the middle of the night. First, I was thankful for their proximity to where I live being as how there had just been a blizzard and I could not have made it to a hospital. Second, every person I interacted with was great, especially the doctor. Dr. McCollum was so kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring during a very difficult time. There was no wait time, they let me know exactly what to expect regarding treatment, and did everything they could to ensure my comfort.
Everyone was awesome. Walking in, the first woman to greet me was very nice and expedited the process, as she could see how much pain I was in. The nurse was very comforting and even took care of my boyfriend who accompanied me. The doctor was very knowledgeable and kept me updated as each test was being performed, or while waiting on others who needed to run more tests. I went to this ER it is right by my house bee convent as well as the staff for me back and taken care of right way. They are very personable and do anything they can to make you comfortable and are quick and efficient. They rally listen to your needs it is nice to go somewhere where the doctor doesn't take an hour or so to even come in and examine the situation will definitely be going here!
