Dr. DelMonte was GRETA. My first visit with him and he had all ready taken to time to review my records from another Dr. and was was totally prepared for me. Felt very comfortable discussing anything with Dr. Delmonte.
I visited them 2 weeks ago, and still I have no medication in hand for my eyes. No one is responsible in his office to find a generic eye drop instead of the one that is not covered by insurance. I literally beg them to send a pre-authorization to my insurance, and they never do that. The office is also unable to send a generic one to pharmacy, and I wonder how the office works. Going there is wasting your time and energy, since no one cares about you. I do not recommend this office
Dr is so so and the office is awefull After a week I did not get the prescription Because their awefull office cannot send one that my insurance covers it and they do not accept any responsibility for that I do NOT recomend them Do not go there
He was great! Made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Diagnos d my eye disease quickly and offered explanations about it and how to help with it. Very know weed gable and kind
