3.5k bill for unnecessary tests and an insane fee for just being in the ER. My son had a skin infection and we were released in less than 4 hours with antibiotics. (no surgery, no IV), just a culture swab of the wound. I called the billing department and they said there is nothing they could do other than a payment plan.

A nurse sitting down on her phone on Care Unit 3 Memorial Central ER while a pump alarm goes off and tells other nurses to check it out; the other nurses were working with patients. This place is a disgrace to the entire health care system.

We were just visiting our cousin there and it was beyond confusing from the parking garage and especially once in the hospital trying to find his room on the second floor. Has anyone ever thought about some more signage? Someone had to lead us there they said we would never find it on our own. How do elderly people do it?

I am so thankful that every nurse, care tech and doctor that I saw during my week at UC Health Memorial was beyond kind, caring and helpful! It's hard having to rely on others to take care of your basic needs when you're used to being independent, but thank you to the hospital staff for doing so with such a good attitude!

I sat there for almost 5 hours in a waiting room with chest pain and numbness in my left arm. then I was told it would be another 2 hours before they could do blood work and another 4 hours before I could even get a bed in the emergency room.
