Front desk staff needs better customer service.
Appointment September 10, 2025 at 4:45pm I'd been bringing my mom to your office for the last few years I take care of my mom. She's disabled and uses a rollator walker. She has really bad vertigo as a result of multiple TBI's (abuse-related). She cannot look up/down without getting dizzy. She sees double out of her left eye. She has a bad knee as a result of a 350# man falling on her on a bus ANYTIME she's gone to your office I've ALWAYS been allowed into the scanning room in order to help my mom and your staff.
