Get directionsThis was THE WORST place to have a baby! The maternity and after-care services were extremely rough. They completely lacked the sensitivity to care for a high risk pregnancy.
I called to get information regarding my visit last week and I’m not sure who answered the phone but before I could get my sentence out she cut me off and said “I’m with a patient I have to put you on hold” I heard laughter in the background then I heard the lady say “we are busy” with an attitude then proceeded to hang up on me
I truly wish I had a complete list of every single amazing staff member who was there for the most important event of my life. As a first-time mom, I was absolutely terrified walking into labor and delivery, but the calm expertise and steady reassurance from the entire team were exactly what I needed. Kaitlyn was my main nurse during labor, and she was incredible—knowledgeable, compassionate, and such a steady presence during such an overwhelming time. Just delivered my 3rd son here on 7/11. I was induced and was so well taken care of by every single nurse. They were all AMAZING. Huge thank you to my nurse Christian. He started his shift at 7p and by 730 realized my baby's heartrate wasn't right and acted fast just to realize I had gone from a 5 to 10cm and baby was coming. I was so scared that my baby wasn't going to be okay, but him and all the other nurses and my midwife did everything they could to make sure he was, and to help me stay calm.
