I’m a retired md and have been trying to get an appointment for 2 weeks for a serious problem . I ve called orthopedics no less than 20 times waited hours on hold no one EVER answered the phone. There is just no way to contact any live person to establish communication. I ve never experienced anything like it in 50 yrs of health care. Talk about no access. Unless they contact you, good luck. I’ve tried to call administration. There simply is no way to contact the system unless your primary is with UC health. Blows my mind.
Dr Augusta Kluk is the best! I fell on a patch of ice and broke my wrist badly. I was worried who might be available so soon, and Dr Augusta Kluk was God sent! She saw me immediately, and scheduled a surgery a few days later. Plate was put in successfully. I had hardly any pain after and my wrist is healing well! Best experience for my bilateral carpal tunnel surgery
I was diagnosed at another clinic with carpul tunnell on both sides in addition to a trigger finger. Nothing was done.. Dr Ross who has dealth with me for several years referred me to Dr Kluk. She was very profesisional in her care for me. Now I was able to sleep for the last two nights. First time in a long time. Thank you Dr Kluk.. Also Dr Ross. Will continue treatment.!!!
Dr. Kluck is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but I most appreciate the time she spends talking to me and explaining everything in detail and addressing my concerns. I did not once feel rushed, and that is vital. She is an excellent provider and I highly recommend her!
