I have seen many excellent doctors and some disappointing ones over the years, but my experience with Dr. Kluck was among the worst I have ever had. My primary concern was the lack of postoperative care and follow-up. After my hand surgery, I felt that Dr. Kluck showed little interest in my recovery. She did not personally examine my hand, discuss my progress, or address my concerns in a meaningful way. Beautiful office space, friendly employees, knowledge. Not to long of a wait till it was your turn. As all Dr offices please don't be late more than 5-10 minutes.
Called to make a new patient appt. Sorry my son had influenza A in December when he canceled his appt. . Now Dr Kluk won’t see him. Wow!
I’m a retired md and have been trying to get an appointment for 2 weeks for a serious problem . I ve called orthopedics no less than 20 times waited hours on hold no one EVER answered the phone. There is just no way to contact any live person to establish communication. I ve never experienced anything like it in 50 yrs of health care. Talk about no access. Unless they contact you, good luck. I’ve tried to call administration. There simply is no way to contact the system unless your primary is with UC health. Blows my mind.
Dr Augusta Kluk is the best! I fell on a patch of ice and broke my wrist badly. I was worried who might be available so soon, and Dr Augusta Kluk was God sent! She saw me immediately, and scheduled a surgery a few days later. Plate was put in successfully. I had hardly any pain after and my wrist is healing well!
