Beautiful office space, friendly employees, knowledge. Not to long of a wait till it was your turn. As all Dr offices please don't be late more than 5-10 minutes.

Called to make a new patient appt. Sorry my son had influenza A in December when he canceled his appt. . Now Dr Kluk won’t see him. Wow!

I’m a retired md and have been trying to get an appointment for 2 weeks for a serious problem . I ve called orthopedics no less than 20 times waited hours on hold no one EVER answered the phone. There is just no way to contact any live person to establish communication. I ve never experienced anything like it in 50 yrs of health care. Talk about no access. Unless they contact you, good luck. I’ve tried to call administration. There simply is no way to contact the system unless your primary is with UC health. Blows my mind.

Dr Augusta Kluk is the best! I fell on a patch of ice and broke my wrist badly. I was worried who might be available so soon, and Dr Augusta Kluk was God sent! She saw me immediately, and scheduled a surgery a few days later. Plate was put in successfully. I had hardly any pain after and my wrist is healing well! She is always answering through "health connection", and in person she is all o smiles. Her staff is wonderful! At the first day I felt so helpless, but all her staff was very attentive.
