I could not have expected better, more professional nor more compassionate treatment than what I got from Dr. Uchal ..... bar none. My first trip "under the knife" in 76 years, I was a bit apprehensive about my upcoming 'Gastric Sleeve' procedure. All that disappeared after my first pre-surgery appointment and was re-enforced in several post-surgery appointments. To my thinking, you cannot choose any surgeon who is more competent and more patient-sensitive than Dr. Uchal.
I wanted to take this time to share about Dr Uchal and his office. My whole journey into weight loss has been great with the support of Dr Uchal and his staff. I appreciate the efficiency and the care and support I receive from them. I would definitely refer any one needing his services to him. He is a great surgeon and I trust his opinion and advice regarding my health and my Journey.
Dr. Uchal was amazing. He has been with me throughout my journey. Over two years I have lost more than 200 lbs thanks to his guidance, support and recommendations. I am so glad I made the decision to have bariatric surgery. It has changed my life thanks to Dr. Uchal and his team. I am so grateful!
Dr. UchaL cares about his patients and their success. From my first meeting with him I knew he was the surgeon I would entrust with my gastric bypass surgery. Not only is he a bariatric surgeon, he is professional, understanding, considerate and honest. I definitely commend him and his very knowledgeable staff with contributing to my weight loss success; 172 pounds, so far! Having Dr. Uchal's support helps to keep me on track, I know he's there when I need him!
Professional but personable bed side manner. Listens to all that you say and asks you questions. Answers you in layman terms. It has been a pleasure working with him and his staff!! I would highly recommend him!!!
Dr. Uchal is a very knowledgeable, pleasant, patient, experienced specialist in this field and as a physician. All of the staff are kind, caring, positive and incredible. I had surgery 2 years ago this September and I still email his dietician Mica whenever I need to. There are several support groups you can attend before and after surgery. I know quite a few people who have a gastric bypass surgery and from their comments I absolutely have by far the best doctor.
It's kind of hard to rate someone who changes your life.... I can only give 5 stars? Dr. Uchal is amazing. He removed my lap band and created a gastric sleeve in one procedure. From all the research I've done, this is not an easy task. Dr. Uchal is a patient listener which is wonderful in a doctor. I never had a moments hesitation going forward with procedure with him in charge. His confidence really and truly made me believe I could be successful in my WL journey and so far, I am. :)
My experience was everything it should have been. Questions and concerns were answered completely. The surgery and after-care were exceptional. I wish I had done this 10 years ago.
Dr. Uchal is super ! I would recommend him to everybody. He listens and offers frank, helpful advice. My whole experience has been wonderful.
