Best time to go is in the morning, hardly anyone's there.
Be sure to visit the Outdoor Adventure Center on the 1st floor down the hallway near the racquetball courts. They rent out surfboards, boats, tents, and more. Plus the people there are super cool.
Spin class oh yeah feel the burn
Don't hit on guys while your there unless they come up to you first. No one wants to have there workout interrupted
Early morning workout is the best
The personal training is awesome and is not too expensive!
