There is so much equipment here; it's worth it to come work out. I just wish they weren't blasting trap music at 10 times the proper volume all the time.

Beautiful gym that unfortunately gets overcrowded. I'd recommend going in the morning
I’ve been coming to this gym for 4 years and even though I graduated, I pay 45 bucks per month to come here. Yes, this is the best gym in Central Florida! Spinning group exercise is really a good one.
If you're not willing to be up early, go towards closing time.
Danielle has the best spin class! Her playlists and energy make you want to try your hardest the whole class!
Heather has the best Zumba class! So much fun and a good workout!
Just because you are at the gym doesn't mean your gonna lose weight. You need to actually do something there.
