Terrible at scheduling and unresponsive to patient needs. Very clearly operating under the assumption that the patient has no other options or any recourse to terrible office practices.
One of the worst clinics. Takes about two and a half months to even get an appointment and the reception people on the number you have to call are extremely rude and offer zero help. Took nearly three weeks just for them to be able to process a referral due to their fax system. They could see it and after they "expedited" it, it still was almost 20 days before I could even attempt to make an appointment. Would not recommend. Dr Andrew Kader is the best urologist. He is very professional and has great communication.I was diagnosed with muscle invasive bladder cancer in yuma az. I was referred Dr kader for second opinion. He had my tumor reviewed by the tumor board and the determination was that my tumor was not muscle invasive Dr Kader has performed 2 TURBT procedures and also a uterescopy he has removed all of the tumor and I will be receiving bcg treatment and keeping my bladder. Everyone here is extremely incompetent. Don’t trust Dr Anger for your trans surgeries
I came to ucsd urology for last resort opinion after all other urologist in last decade have not been able to resolve my symptoms. I am not sure why this was the worst encounter I ever had with medicine. I thought ucsd is one of the best in every field? The staff were really nice but Ruiz PA was arguing with me about my symptoms and not understanding an exam was not showing everything , and lied about very serious fact that brings testosterone down which is dangerous, I even had to explain it to the medical student to clarif... read more
