Totally agree with the rest of the reviews here. The doctor is great, but his support staff is a huge joke. They don’t get back to you in a timely manner and screw up. Brought up some concerns with “patient experience “ and they were a joke too. My son ran out his medication - his refills are to be filled automatically . Called their service department and they marked out message as “urgent” which means it can take up to 48 hours for the doctor to full fill that request. Great! Run away! BEWARE!!!! It truly is amazing how a business can be run so poorly - almost impressive how bad this is! Had an apt scheduled for 2 months got a call ‘you aren’t with the right doctor not sure who scheduled you’re apt.’ So then I switched and got a call 2 months later and said that doctor doesn’t do tele health apts need to change. Why are we waiting 2 months to call me?! I’ve never seen something run so poorly. Run away! Run away!!!
Awful experience with the neurology clinic. Messages were sent as urgent every week and they were not responded. Requests were sent to speak with the manager because the issue was not resolved and the manager did not respond even after the receptionist told me that the manager was aware of the issue and was receiving the messages sent to her. Lack of patient care and this only affected my family member's health.
