We now have a healthy baby, thank you to the amazing team of Dr. Agrawal, Dr. Dayo, nurse Amanda Arnold. We thought of giving up but in God’s perfect time He blessed us with our bundle of joy. The entire staff was kind and knowledgeable. Staff also replies promptly.
I wish no one experiences what I went through with this office in UCSD health system. I know people usually don’t leave review unless it really hurts them, I’m sure there are positive ones. There are so many factors for a successful pregnancy, many are out of doctor’s control. What we need from the doctors are the accurate information to guide us through the process. 5 stars because they helped me get pregnant! The whole staff is so friendly and helpful whenever I had a question they were quick to respond on mychart. Nurse Amanda Arnold always was so comforting and understanding when I had questions regarding my pregnancy. Also, Dr. Agarwal is the best. He always took so much time with me and answered all my questions. You can tell he genuinely cares for his patients. Highly recommend this place!
I visited the OGBYN clinic here for the second time. On both visits, the staff were indifferent and treated me like a number. For this visit I never got a confirmation call. No one told me in advance that I'd need to give a urine sample or pay significantly more than a regular visit. I was seeing the doctor for a procedure I'd had before at another location.
