Very small parking garage that fills up quickly, and if you have a large car it’s difficult to park. All of the street parking around the clinic is either only for special permit or 15 mins. The office also doesn’t have a direct line, you have to go through the call center. Unbelievable why their technology is so behind compared to UCLA’s primary care.

Just wanted to update the review below. Per the response from UCSD I attempted to contact the “Experience Team” for resolution. After being on hold for 13 minutes, the recording stated that no one was available to take my call and that I was being disconnected and would need to call back. I guess this number is just some type of marketing gimmick. It’s sad the UCSD has such great doctors but apparently no viable way to schedule appointments to see them. Horrible experience! What an easy experience!! Free parking underground, the imaging department staff were so nice, helpful and professional. The address was a bit difficult to figure out and find on such a busy corner, but the reward was free parking under the building. Even the maintenance person was positive and friendly.
