Deeply Unprofessional Handling by Office Management I’m writing this because what happened to me should never happen to any patient.I came to this clinic in a vulnerable and time-sensetive situation, and instead of receiving compassion or professionalism, I was met with dismissiveness and defensiveness — particularly from Ashley in office management. Dr Laura Delcore does not have the bedside manner to be a doctor, imo. She suggested a procedure that resulted in a horrible outcome, then instead of trying less aggressive approaches, wanted me to go to surgery. I declined and explained that I want to explore other options. She said, "sure, they won't work though". Cool, let's try though before we cut me open and I have early menopause because of potential complications. I I have been coming to this practice for care for more than a decade and every time I’ve had to choose a new insurance plan, I have made sure that I would be able to continue coming to this practice because all of the doctors and practitioners that I have encountered have been so wonderful and very helpful. I’ve had nothing but good experiences, short wait times and quick to get me an appointment when needed.

Very non-patient centric clinic. I have not been able to see my primary physician for the last three years, the office is very unhelpful with inquiries.
