Referred to this place for a scar treatment consultation after a surgery. Some staff called just an hour before the appointment that the doctor can't see "just scars" and cancelled the appointment. When asked why they couldn't let me know earlier, the answer was "she just reviewed it this morning and said that she couldn't see you".
