Sent here by another UCSD facility to get labwork done, only to be told they don't even accept my insurance at this location, which means someone must now be punished for wasting my fuel and my time since I was literally sent here by a place that was covered.

Unauthorized charge + poor response. I clearly told UCSD Pharmacy NOT to refill my medication—they did it anyway, mailed it, and charged my card without authorization. I had also previously asked them not to keep my card on file, yet it was saved and used anyway. The supervisor, Conti, said staff may have saved it “in error.” Even more concerning, Conti told me that my card had already been deleted, but towards the end of the call I overheard him to his staff to tell me they still needed it to process the refund.
