Hands down the worst responsiveness from medical offices, 0 sense of urgency, spending months on months on paperwork only to be ignored. If you care about specialized neurological care, the answer is to leave San Diego.
Waste of time. All roads lead to milking your insurance for tests that will not cure you.
If I could put negative stats I would. They take days to send refill authorizations, urgent is not urgent for them, they do not take epilepsy seriously, A patient should not have to constantly play phone tag with the pharmacy and Drs office. Do your job properly this is not a fast food order it’s medication for fudge sake. I told them the pharmacy is out of the brand name send generic because I have been without seizure medication for days, they finally answer after days confirming my request, just to mess up again and again... read more
They keep saying they don’t have my referrals and I’ve been referred over here twice. The referrals never go through I call them and they just say “there’s no referral”.
