All I have to say is, Dr. Hannawi/Graves is/was better than my first Neurologist.
Everyone was nice and helpful. I do wish the building had a sign on the first floor indicating where the elevators are. Also, the wheelchair scale needs to be replaced — it’s not as accurate as it should be and looks pretty old.
Waste of time. All roads lead to milking your insurance for tests that will not cure you.
If I could put negative stats I would. They take days to send refill authorizations, urgent is not urgent for them, they do not take epilepsy seriously, A patient should not have to constantly play phone tag with the pharmacy and Drs office. Do your job properly this is not a fast food order it’s medication for fudge sake. I told them the pharmacy is out of the brand name send generic because I have been without seizure medication for days, they finally answer after days confirming my request, just to mess up again and again... read more
