This is a great place to go if you need the help for issues dealing with your health
I was only 15 minutes late for my post-delivery checkup, but they refused to see me and made me wait 10 more days at another branch. I have a newborn, so my delay was understandable, yet they showed no flexibility or understanding. Very frustrating and upsetting!
We had an appointment made over a month ago for Pulmonary. Apparently insurance never approved the visit and we were not made aware. They alleged that they had made a single call to notify but we have no record of that. Nor did they bother to send a simple notice in the mail. We didnt find out until we showed up to the appointment wasting the patient and caretaker's time.
