It took about six months just to get a new patient appointment with an allergist, and it wasn’t even in person—just a video call. I spent about 20 minutes with the doctor and maybe 10 minutes with a resident or nurse. No new medications were prescribed. Yet, I was billed over $800 for what they claimed was 60 minutes of service. It's absolutely outrageous.
Not really sure why there are bad reviews, the front staff and the nurses are all extremely kind. Would recommend coming here.
Very little service, if any, then billed. Prob easier and cheaper to just get basic high level allergy advice online from someone.

this office is ridiculously understaffed. I made an appt beginning of 2023 for Aug. just now they cancelled it due to a provider being out and now I can't get a new appt until December?! how does that make any sense at all? it's on the provider to give a new date that's close to the old one if they're not available. and they take no responsibility for their lack of professionalism. stay away from this place if you can help it.
