I was one of the last patients there the other night so I did not expect my care providers to treat me as if I were the first patient of the day. Wow! What nice people & what excellent medical care! Thank you April (my nurse) and Dr. Jorge Fernandez for your lovely, empathetic, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind treatment. I was so grateful and so impressed. Worse experience ever. Made an appointment, but when I arrived was informed (in a condescending manner) that's it an appointment, but rather a reserved time. I have no idea what that means, but I do know how it feels to sit and wait for over an hour when having high fever.
The front desk staff displayed extremely unprofessional behavior and clearly lacked basic respect in the way they communicated.
Sarah specifically went out of her way to aid me in getting the correct labs. Her customer service was above and beyond. Lawrence the phlebotomist was gentle and efficient. Took no time at all.
