Great guy here! I came into the shop w questions about my laptop. I tried doing my own battery change and needed understanding as to why it wasn't working! He was clear to explain what was going on, and helped me proceed with the next steps on how to fix it on my own! If I can't fix it, I would 100% feel confident to bring it back in and have him fix it :)
I came in today because my PlayStation 5 wasn’t not showing picture, I thought it might need an hdmi replacement but after inspecting he was able to get it to boot it up and I was able to get my system back up and running. I really commend their honesty and knowledge! If I ever have any problems in the future I am definitely heading here! Thank you.
This place is fantastic. Highly recommend this location for the great customer service as well.
Very professional and quick service! Jose was awesome, he saved me from spending a chunk of money on a damage flash drive that contained school material! Very satisfied with the service!
I emailed UC Repair and received an extremely fast response. I was able to bring my broken iPhone 8 in and get it looked at the minute I walked in the door. Jose was very helpful, extremely professional and able to diagnose the problem quickly. He was honest about the issue, explained my options, and had extremely reasonable prices for all of his services. His setup is also safe for the pandemic and bilingual (Spanish). Wonderful shop, could not recommend more. I will go back anytime my electronics need service.
