Best hospital I've ever been to. My wife and I were on vacation from Texas when she started feeling ill and had lots of pain in her lower quadrant. I took her to this ER and discovered her appendix was infected. She got into surgery a few hours later and had it removed. From the time we entered the hospital until we left the people were kind and very knowledgeable. THANK YOU ALL.
I had a great experience today at UC Memorial Hospital. I went in for a day surgery on my throat and due to the extreme pain I was in, I had become quite anxious about this procedure. However, my positive customer experience started with a warm welcome with Andrea checking us in at the front entrance, handing us off to a warm welcome with Deb at the surgical check in.
