The nurses are amazing! They always advocate for you as a patient and stand up rightly against anyone who is either unable or unwilling to do what is needed for optimal care.

UC Irvine Health Tustin Went in for "preventive care" where there is "no charge for service" 100% covered by insurance and the appointment setter confirmed the only Out of pocket fees will be for lab work. Which btw, Urine test was NOT DONE. I am now by Memorial care for 2 service items: 1. for the appropriate "preventive care" 2. Never ordered line item called " Outpatient office visit - 10 minutes" for $100. !!! Doesn't the preventive care service include this??? Why was I not told about this at the time of setting the app... read more
