Unbelievable service. Dr. Osborn went above and beyond to fix me up!!!
UC Irvine Health Tustin Went in for "preventive care" where there is "no charge for service" 100% covered by insurance and the appointment setter confirmed the only Out of pocket fees will be for lab work. Which btw, Urine test was NOT DONE. I am now by Memorial care for 2 service items: 1. for the appropriate "preventive care" 2. Never ordered line item called " Outpatient office visit - 10 minutes" for $100. !!! Doesn't the preventive care service include this??? Why was I not told about this at the time of setting the app... read more

I was transferred here for a parathyroid surgery. I did have a great surgeon, but that is the only positive thing I can say. After that surgery I asked to be transferred back to the hospital I came from because of the bad experiences there, especially with the nurses. I left that hospital needing an urgent surgery from an unfortunate mistake made by one of the nurses. I felt like most of the people that worked there hated their job.
