BEWARE! I had an appointment for 1 hour with a non-doctor nutritionist and was charged $845! I called before my appointment and asked how much it would cost - the UCI employee refused to tell me and said I have to figure it out myself! After the bill, I called to question the high amount and was told that this is their rate. This place is a rip-off. I guess they have to pay for their fancy new buildings somehow. This review is for the acupuncture. Beware if you are using insurance for acupuncture. They will double bill your insurance company to increase their payment. If you have any deductibles, this will result in twice the payment cost for the patient. Because of this billing practice, they were paid over $200 for one acupuncture visit instead of the $100 listed on their website. This is not worth the money, find another acupuncturist.
