Dr Melissa Albersheim was great and understood what needed to be done. Unfortunately the staff at this office won't admit they did anything wrong or so much as make a phone call to promptly deal with the situation. Instead telling me to calm down for something they screwed up. I dont know where they sent my referral on Monday but my insurance and medical group hadn't received it by Friday when I called twice.
