I would give this clinic a very low rating based on my experience. My primary concern is with SUSANA, who administers vaccines. I observed situations that made me uncomfortable regarding the level of attention being given during patient care. I also witnessed discussions with patients and parents about internal workplace issues, including complaints about management, supervisors, and other staff members. Newborn Parents Be On Guard!! I took my 6-day old son for his first appointment following our discharge from UCI Medical Center. When the appointment was made, we were informed that this was a pediatrics specific clinic and NOT a generalized clinic. Upon entering the clinic to check-in for the appointment, my son and I were greeted by full grown adults with signs of active respiratory infections. The clinic was hosting a "walk-in" day.
