This family medicine office doesn’t care or respect your health or time at all. I had to cancel my appointment because I was sick. I called them to reschedule the same day, they didn’t answer. They didn’t call me back. I then called again a few days after to reschedule and again no answer. And now telling me I have to find a new provider after I called to reschedule for the third time.

Appointment was canceled 15 minutes before. I received no call, only a MyChart notification saying I had a message to view. I drove an hour for the appointment (which had already been canceled once before), and I had to turn right around after I parked. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

I'm extremely disappointed with this practice-my appointment was cancelled literally two hours before I was supposed to be there. I made this appointment two months ago and was very transparent in the reason-establishing care. The appointment was cancelled literally two hours before I was to scheduled-the provider wasn't taking new patients. Not only is it inconvenient (as I took off work) but it's also dangerous. The staff made me feel part of their family especially Lina at the desk was very professional and understanding. There schedule was booked out a month but they gave us a call as soon as a they had someone cancel and we were able to be seen. Thank you for being so great at your job. Keep up the great work !
