Called today to request a prescription transfer. I did not know the requesting pharmacy would need to reach out. Instead of kindly providing that information the representative on the phone goes “well somewhere else needs to call and request the prescription transfer”. It takes little effort to be kind and pleasant when informing someone of the proper procedure. Hope that guy had a better day🥴
I love UC Pharmacy! They are so quick in getting your meds filled. Staff is so friendly and helpful. I love that they offer delivery as well.
My son gets his chemotherapy here at the hospital and the pharmacy has great service
