The ENTIRE staff is amazing—knowledgeable, caring, and extremely hardworking. From doctors, physician assistants, nurse navigators, and other clinical and clerical staff, especially the nurses in the infusion suite—it’s clear that these people care about patients and their families. The patient experience in the infusion suite, though, is less than ideal. If I could rate that area solely, I would. Uncaring, cold hearted, lies told by physician. The level of disappointment in management of the West Chester office is unbelievable.
Oct 6th was having a pet ct for my heart lesions on my spine was discovered along with a tumor in my liver. Fast forward to December. Biopsy was delayed several weeks due to scanner down. Pet ct broke down in the middle of test. Trying to get in to see oncologist was horrible. Once I seen a doctor he don't even cover where my cancer is known to be. I want to try somewhere else but you need a referral. I hope as I move forward I can change my stars to 5.
Amazing professionals. Had to get a series of vaccinations, they were amazing!
