I'm extremely disappointed with this practice-my appointment was cancelled literally two hours before I was supposed to be there. I made this appointment two months ago and was very transparent in the reason-establishing care. The appointment was cancelled literally two hours before I was to scheduled-the provider wasn't taking new patients. Not only is it inconvenient (as I took off work) but it's also dangerous. The staff made me feel part of their family especially Lina at the desk was very professional and understanding. There schedule was booked out a month but they gave us a call as soon as a they had someone cancel and we were able to be seen. Thank you for being so great at your job. Keep up the great work !
Very poor family care experience. Despite being requested to arrive 15 minutes early, our time was not respected. I endured a lengthy wait of 50 minutes before being attended to. Regrettably, the front desk staff and the medical assistants displayed unprofessional behavior and ineptitude.
Decent medical care but extremely unprofessional staff. They frequently take days, sometimes even weeks, to fill routine prescriptions. Sometimes after an appointment, I've had completely wrong prescriptions sent in to the pharmacy. Sometimes nothing gets sent in at all. Sometimes my active prescriptions get removed from my list of medications, and then they refuse to refill it at all, even after multiple visits and phone calls.
