This review is solely based on my experience with a new patient visit. They require you to obtain images ordered by PCP prior to you even being able to make an appointment (and obviously with referral). Appointment was booked 2 months after imaging was done as they were booked out that far in advance at the time. I arrive to the new patient appointment to be told imaging 2 months ago is too old and they need new up to date imaging. The receptionists here are rude, condescending, arrogant, and cruel. The way patients are treated by them is unconscionable. Do better!

I recently went to the Spine center for RFA on my lumbar spine, which involved several appointments, starting with a nurse practitioner and then referral to pain management for 4 more visits. I was clear from the start what I was after. My experience was very positive. Pros: All the staff including front desk, nurses, PA and Dr Cheng were friendly, kind and did their job well.
