Husband came in on an urgent referral with a broken foot. He was given a CT scan appointment to further diagnose if he needs surgery. Doctor told him to start taking vitamins D and calcium. Thanks for the care. The parking ducks. I seen a lost elderly man with a cane whose Uber driver had dropped off in the wrong location. I gave him a ride to the building he was looking for. Good timing.

I came here to share my experience about the person that handles referrals in that office. But judging from the comments I walked into, it's a well-known issue and uc. Davis is willing to do nothing about it. I expected better from uc, davis.This is more than disappointing.

My daughter was told she initially could be seen in a few days by Dr. Giza when she called the clinic to make an appt since she has an urgent referral but it seems like once the clinic found out that secondary insurance would be covering the costs suddenly she couldn’t be seen for 3-4 months—and mind you—she has an urgent referral. We were very disappointed since we worked soo hard to get everything she needed to be seen by Dr. Giza as an urgent referral. Leaves me wondering where is the integrity of this clinic?

Being able to get in touch with anyone at this clinic is next to impossible. 15 minutes on hold to reach a nurse to figure out orders from the doctor that could not be read, and were not sent to my home health provider, so we were trying to figure out what to do. Stop being lazy type the orders out before you send them out on my chart, make sure they get sent to home health providers. And dont be a rude ass when you get called out for not doing your job.
