My appt was to receive a cortisone injection in my right hip hopefully to relieve intense pain in hip and groin. I was totally anxious about the procedure because I hate needles and the groin area is pretty sensitive. I had 2 nurses and 2 doctors and an X-ray tech in the procedure room. The preparation took longer than the cortisone shot itself. Andrew, Fidel, Dr. Nadji and Dr Hunter and the X-ray tech were amazing. Friendly, respectable, and caring. Lots of campus construction. Once parked we had 10 mins to find the office. Went to 2 wrong PM&R clinics before arriving 2 mins late at the correct office and being denied the appointment. Later call from the office received an appointment for 2 hours later.
Took my Dad there Scandalous Clinic ! ,it's go see the Therapist, shots,or surgery they don't listen to patients well waste of time and Insurance Stay Away !
It would be more helpful to explain things better to your patients and others just saying.
