This review is for the insurance department at UC Davis. One star is too generous. These people are impossible to deal with. My husband started a new job a few days ago and our insurance changed as a result. UC Davis canceled my rheumatology appointment because my old insurance was no longer valid. I called the insurance department to try and stay scheduled and told them we ARE insured, explained the situation and that we do not have our cards yet.
