Every campus has their ups and downs Doctors don't answer phones or run the office logistics or waiting room and Drs are not answering clericals so be fair and rate the level of care of the actual Medical providers.As far as our experience the Doctor care we recieved here was tremendous and excellent care from Uc Davis Doctors and spefically great care from Dr. Andrew Kyle in Internal Medicine * he was helpful to get care necessary needed for best health outcome in a challenging medical scenario * he is through *he listens *... read more
What a horrible experience! I made an appointment last month, they changed the time, then the wanted to reschedule it for who know when. Brandon Harris, the practice manager was completely unprofessional. I was disconnected three times. Had to dial back in four times, listen to 20 minutes of useless information, had to give each screener everything but my blood type. Apparently they don't do anything but televisit appointments now, but a new patient can only do an in person appointment. Run from these people. And now I get t... read more
