I had the worst experience at this place I am a African American who has been going to a pain clinic for over ten years my regular pain doctor referred me there because he could no longer prescribe medication because he moved into a building that didn't allow their doctors to prescribe medications at least the one I was on which was oxycodone so I go there the lady prescribed me the medication twice maybe with this medication you have to take urine test which I don't mind because I don't do any kind of drugs I don't even dri... read more
Having lived the past 30+ years with chronic and acute pain, I've been to clinics that push steroid injections and make you feel like you're being accused of drug seeking. From the first appointment at Ubylee, I've been treated with kindness and respect. My medical history was taken seriously. You have to be seen every month and a urine sample has to be taken at that time. Ubylee is a great clinic. Everyone are very professional. The doctors are empathetic and very good with working with you. They do have strict policies in places to keep everyone safe.
I’ve been a patient at Ubylee for three years now and every visit is great. The nurses (Gladys and Alicia) are always so kind and friendly. My provider Kristi Dougan is the best! I have a chronic condition that has required some hospitalizations and she is patient and works with me through it all. By far the best pain management office in the Charlotte area.
