Reguarding Greystone Property Management – My roomate and I live at the Vineyards in Colorado Springs CO. under Greystone of Houston Texas. The management company has not repaired or painted areas of our unit in the 3 and a half months we have lived here. I would never recommed anyone to live there. – I was a resident a Chestnut Park Apartments for 3 years. I always paid my rent on time and never had any problems until it was taken over by new managament. I moved out on May 31,2007 leaving the apartment in clean good standing ,it has been over 30 days as I have tried on many, many occasions to retrive my security deposit.
