Back in August, I made a screen on my phone, they took double payment from me, I asked for a refund, but they kept telling me that the manager would call us back, and I never received a call. uBreak i fix did not pick up the phone from me, they constantly ignored me and promised to return $300, three months have already passed, but the money has not been returned to us!
Great service. Highly recommend.
They refused to answer the phone for hours on end, even if they have possession of your property. Then, after having my phone for days, they actually decided that they couldn’t fix it. A complete waste of my time. I think this location is actually going out of business. Levi was cool though.
