They fixed my broken HP Pavilion screen perfectly. The display is working fine now. The repair was a big pricey but still cost less than a new laptop, and this older Pavilion still does what I need it to do, now that the screen no longer looks like an ink blot!
My PC couldn't be fixed sadly but they did all they could do and was very fast and nice about it
Kept being told my parts would be on the next order until that order came in without my parts as well. Finally I called on a Thursday that my phone was allegedly going to be done the Friday before to be told my phone was in process and had 15 minutes left to fix. Halfway through my hour drive there they called to say that was a miscommunication and they still don't have my parts nor know when they're coming. I was rather disappointed in that I paid in advance for parts that did not result in my phone being fixed. All my info was lost and the whole process took over a week! I should not have been charged by they could not repair it!
This is my only certified shop that can do a recall on my phone battery and the first day it's available they don't have it. They won't let me make an appointment to claim one and my phone has 20 charges until the risk of fire goes up and my battery gets nerfed. It's a joke. This is a HUGE corporation, not some mom and pop shop.
