First time coming to this place, I had to bring in my sister's laptop to get it cleaned. The person that was helping me spoke soft and I barely could hear what he was saying. And when they called me saying they're done cleaning the laptop and I can pick it up from the store. I came to pick it up from them and didn't say anything what was wrong with it so I left.
