Maile and James are MVPs. They went out of their way to help me with my phone repair even if they didnt have to. Charging port on my S25 Ultra went out due to moisture and they gave me an exemption for a warranty repair at no cost to me! Much Aloha for this store. Recommend 100%!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at uBreakiFix in Kapolei today. I brought in three older iPhones because I wanted to replace the screens long enough to recover the photos of my son, Dominic, who passed away last year. Those photos are incredibly important to me, and recovering them is the only reason I’ve held onto these phones.
