Took my MacBook Pro for repair. Their website states free diagnostics but had to pay $60+ to leave it. What’s up with that? Another thing I thought of after dropping my MacBook Pro off is that I was not given a service ticket or number. Nothing for me to show that they have my computer. That seems strange. My bad for not asking for something I guess.
Reed was quick and helpful. Our switch wouldn't work but he got the screen working in a flash!
