Went to go get my son’s switch fixed. Said 1-4 weeks. Aka they’re going to ship it to Nintendo to have them look at it and fix it. Also website is misleading. Says no charge for a diagnostic, but I still had to pay $65 as a non refundable payment for the diagnostic screening. I IMMEDIATELY cancelled the request and they were reluctant on giving me a refund even though they never did anything to it.
