We came here because it was the closest option that Google had listed to get a new Pixel phone screen. Renato was extremely kind and helpful. We had issues with our claim at first and he gave us instructions on how to fix it and was very patient! He is excellent at customer service! We had the phone back within two hours on a busy Sunday, much appreciated!!
The charger port on my son’s laptop seemed to have something stuck in there, causing the charger to not sit properly. Renato was kind enough to see if someone could look in there with a microscope. Tanner to a look inside and pulled out whatever was causing the blockage. Service was fast and smooth and we were happy we didn’t have to leave it for 1- 4 weeks to get it fixed!

My service with the Robinson storefront has missed every mark of being a good customer service experience. The repair took longer than initially quoted which wouldn't have been much of an issue in and of itself, but their complete lack of communication and ownership of what has been an otherwise frustrating experience is unacceptable.
