First off, I needed two odd size square u-bolts for my trailer spare tire mount, and U-Bolt direct seemed to be the only place that had it. Second, it was Made in America which I just can't get enough of. Third, I was having some trouble with my online order and emailed them, and they called me back in, like, 60 seconds? Maybe it was two minutes, I dunno. But they got everything squared away in no time. Lots of effort for two u-bolts. I love this place and everybody in it.
Ordered a single ubolt for my trailer. When it arrived (very quickly I might add) I realized it was a square head instead of round. I contacted support who replied immediately and got a round head sent right out. Great service and support, thanks.
Great small business and they cared enough to call and double check my order with me. Shipped fast and packaged very well. Also, their shop dogs look very competent and professional ;)
