You guys are awesome. Parts came fast and they were exactly what was ordered, unlike some of your competitors. I will be using your service again very soon as I have square body Chevy's to build.
First off, I needed two odd size square u-bolts for my trailer spare tire mount, and U-Bolt direct seemed to be the only place that had it. Second, it was Made in America which I just can't get enough of. Third, I was having some trouble with my online order and emailed them, and they called me back in, like, 60 seconds? Maybe it was two minutes, I dunno. But they got everything squared away in no time. Lots of effort for two u-bolts. I love this place and everybody in it.
A-1 service was excellent made me feel really good about my purchase he knew what he was talking about. all I can say is thank you very much!
Ordered a single ubolt for my trailer. When it arrived (very quickly I might add) I realized it was a square head instead of round. I contacted support who replied immediately and got a round head sent right out. Great service and support, thanks.
There in no way to track an order. I ask for help and no help has come my way.
