I saw "PA Tess Luzi" for a injury from a fall. I had a x-ray on my hip area. After the x-ray PA Tess came into the exam room. She walked in with a deadpan expression...didn't introduce herself, I had to ask her name. She proceeded to ask me why I was there. I explained why and told her where my pain was. She just blank stared at me and finally said "I looked at your x-ray, nothing broken". I said to her then why the pain and what do we do for it. Welcoming and compassionate staff- I felt heard and finally like I can get better. My PA went above and beyond to get me imaging and relief.
The people here are extremely professional and AI was very pleased with the doctor, William Wind, and his assistant, as they were not only able to properly diagnose me, but gave me a cortisone shot that really helped my shoulder with the extreme pain and swelling that I had been experiencing, and they really demonstrated a lot of empathy and good bedside manner as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help, oh yeah and they are also the doctors that help the Buffalo Sabres!
