I am very disappointed by Uber Eyes services. I am usually a Lenscrafter customer but decided to go to Uber eyes as it is local for me. I ordered prescription glasses 4 weeks ago and am still waiting to receive them. After 2 weeks I was told that there was a quality issue on the lenses and that a replacement was put on rush and should have my glasses within a week. Two weeks later I am still waiting. Uber Eyes is an excellent top quality optical shop. I just got new lenses in my glasses and did not have my eye exam there from Dr Xiao. But, Dr Xiao is very thoughtful and fair in her business. I had very expensive designer frames from before and wanted new lenses with my new prescription. Uber Eyes replaced the lenses last year and the service was great.
