So tired of Uba trying to force us to eat soggy granola. Whyyy can we have crunchy granola?!?!?! Let us put it on the side so those of us that can’t eat the whole bowl or take it to go don’t end up having to eat soggy granola… if you change this horrible policy to where you actually care about the things your customers eat then please let me know and I can start coming back to your stores. Great food, easy location
Great service. If you are unsure of what to get. They will give you a taste test and explain the different base options. Toppings ration is pretty good
I love this location , it's so cute . But everytime I go I get jipped. My bowl is always drastically less than what my friends end up getting made by another server . Like we'll both order honey or granola or fruit and somehow I dont even get half the amount someone else got and when I say something nicely , i just get charged extra and it still won't be the amount someone else got. Which whatever it's fine but it's like the 3rd time in a row it happens :( just sad cause I love this place.
