UAMS is one of the best hospitals I have been in. The facility itself was spectacular! The physicians there were very knowledgeable, caring, and understanding. During my stay there in July and August (40+ days), they did everything to make my family and I feel as though we were home. Being that we were from Alabama and not Arkansas, made my experience a little scary; but the staff reassured my parents that I was in good hands. I must say that UAMS has been a mind opening experience for my family. It has been a long time since I have found a medical center that has left me speechless. My mother had surgery there and is still being cared for there. This facility and staff are the best of the best. It is a caring and compassionate environment that does above and beyond what is needed to care for their patients and the families! Thank you to UAMS!
