I will keep most of my comments to myself. Someone did not do their job. We did everything we were told to do. Because of their mess up my husband will not have his knew surgery. They have to back it up. Someone there should have caught this mistake. Not wait till we come for Pre Op. With all the people we saw just standing around laughing and joking, you would think they could find someone that could make sure everything was in order before you come for your Pre Op. We will NEVER go back to UAMS for anything. The staff are not trained in basic Medicare issues or billing. If you are on Medicare do not go to UAMS!!!

The staff in the ICU was amazing. My father in law was spending his last few hours on earth with his wife, children and their spouses, sister in laws and grand daughter and the staff made everyone feel comfortable and they genuinely were very caring. Doctor and Nurses explained everything and answered all questions in regards to us making the right decision. It was a hard decision they all made but no pressure from the staff, just remorse and care. Thank you so much to the ICU staff.

Lived in greater Little Rock (Sherwood) all of my life. My first experience with UAMS. Facility, Staff, Neurologist Team is Top Shelf. Thank You for the results. I liked what we called it when I was on LRFD for 28 years. We referred to the hospital as UAMS MIRACLE Center. They do work wonders. Thanks again Team!

I got excellent care in Out Patient Surgery. They were wonderful. Had great presurgery and post surgery care.
